• are committed to their developing legal skills and knowledge
• demonstrate a well-reasoned, practical approach to problem solving
• have good communication skills and are enthusiastic and friendly
• are interested in the areas of law in which we practice

Graduate Traineeships at Norton Gledhill

We give our trainees the support, guidance and resources necessary to develop their skills and produce excellent work. We emphasise practical, hands-on training in which trainees work directly with principles and have real exposure to clients. Trainees are each assigned to a supervising principal who is primarily responsible for the trainee's progress.

Trainees generally undertake a rotation of around four months duration in each of our Corporate & Commercial, Property & Development and Litigation & Dispute Resolution departments.
