Justine Kelly deals with a wide range of employment law and industrial relations matters, taking a practical approach to clients’ issues. She understands the particular needs of in-house legal counsel, having worked on complex employment and industrial relations matters during secondments to a number of global companies. She advises clients on issues including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, defending claims under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and under both state and federal discrimination legislation. She assists clients with their workplace policies, workplace investigations, performance and injury management issues and acts as an advocate in conciliation, tribunal and commission proceedings.
