Darren Marx joined Norton Gledhill in August 2007 having previously worked for over nine years in a large international firm. Darren advises on all aspects of property development, sales and acquisitions and leasing. Darren has a particular focus on off the plan development, hotels, resorts and tourism projects including retirement village work and all liquor licensing and gaming requirements.

He has advised in both state and federal environmental law, particularly in relation to due diligence investigations, the management of contaminated land and controlled chemicals, emissions and the development and implementation of environmental management systems.
