Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan practices in the area of commercial litigation. He has many years of experience acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of trade practices and contractual disputes across a broad spectrum of industries including the construction, electricity, agricultural and automotive sectors.

Michael also spent two years as legal counsel for Ford Motor Company of Australia where he gained a unique insight into what clients need from their lawyers which enables him to bring a practical and commercial focus to his litigation practice. Michael also practices in the area of alternative dispute resolution having acted for parties in the arbitration and mediation of a range of commercial disputes.
