Justine Kelly is a Senior Associate in our Commercial and Corporate department and has experience in commercial law and commercial property. In particular, Justine has advised clients on business and corporate acquisitions and disposals, commercial property purchases, sales and leasing, property developments, preparation of security documents and conducting due diligence in relation to acquisitions and for fundraising. Justine also has experience in litigation (both Supreme Court and administrative appeals).

Justine completed her articles at Norton Gledhill in 2000 and was appointed Senior Associate in 2005.
