Justine Kelly is a Senior Associate in our Employment and Industrial Relations department. Justine advises clients on a wide range of employment matters including:
- drafting employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and HR policies;
- employment issues arising in connection with restructuring, mergers and acquisitions;
- employee misconduct and performance management;
- defending claims under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and anti-discrimination legislation;
- advising on OH&S fatalities and serious injuries;
- advising clients generally in relation to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (including modern awards); and
- advising clients in relation to breaches of contract (including confidentiality obligations and restraints of trade).
