Simon Raffin

Simon Raffin is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial department who has experience in various areas of corporate and commercial law (both advisory and transactional), including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, stamp duty, schemes of arrangement and private equity.

Simon completed his articles at Norton Gledhill in 2005 and was appointed Senior Associate in 2010.
